Introduction
Siti Marina Haniawati or known as Marina, is a 3rd semester English Literature student. She is someone who is very interested in various ambassador events even before entering college. Among these events, what interests her the most is the Indonesian Education Motivator Ambassador event. The Struggle
In the Q&A session, Marina admitted that it was not easy to join the Indonesian Education Motivator Ambassador event. There were big challenges behind it. One of them was when her parents fell ill. This made Marina have to go back and forth to the hospital to look after her parents. However, on the other hand Marina had to balance her studies with the preparation for the event selection. Until she finally won the event and became one of Indonesia’s Education Motivator Ambassadors.
“And it was really challenging for me because I had to really divide my time. Rest was also irregular. But everything can be passed as long as there is confidence. And now I can get through it.” she concluded.
Marina’s Program
As an ambassador of Indonesian education motivators, Marina must play an active role in increasing the learning motivation of Indonesia’s young generation. Marina said she will hold 2 programs this month (August 2024).
“I myself this month will hold 2 programs, namely a webinar program which will discuss digital literacy and also how to play a role in the world of education. Then besides that I will also create a campaign program. And the campaign focuses on the theme of course about education and motivation so that the younger generation of Indonesia is more motivated to be able to achieve higher education.” explained Marina.
