A Fun Sports Event by ELSA
The Sport Division of the English Literature Student Association (ELSA) IPB CIREBON successfully organized an exciting sports event called “Fan Sport” on May 11, 2026. The committee held the activity at GOR Desa Dawuan, Tengah Tani, Cirebon.
Through this event, ELSA invited English Literature students to enjoy a fun and healthy activity together outside the classroom. Many students joined the event with great enthusiasm. They came to play badminton, support their friends, and spend quality time together. In addition, the event gave students a chance to build closer friendships and create positive memories. Since the beginning of the activity, participants showed high energy and excitement throughout the event.
Exciting Sport Matches and Positive Energy
During the event, several participants played badminton in a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. Some participants played seriously and competitively, while others joined simply for fun and entertainment. Even so, sportsmanship was still shown by all players throughout the games. Moreover, the event successfully created closer relationships among students. Participants from different semesters were able to interact and communicate more comfortably. As a result, the activity helped strengthen friendship and teamwork among English Literature students.
Participants also enjoyed the badminton games because the atmosphere was very supportive and welcoming. Laughter, cheers, and encouragement could be heard during the event. Therefore, Fan Sport became more than just a physical activity. It also became a memorable moment for everyone involved. Besides improving togetherness, the event also encouraged students to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Physical activities like badminton can help students stay active and reduce stress from academic responsibilities. Because of this, sports events are considered important activities within student organizations.

A Successful Event with Strong Teamwork
Overall, this event ran smoothly from beginning to end. The Sport Division and all committee members prepared the event well. They showed good teamwork and coordination throughout the activity. In addition, the participants showed high enthusiasm during the event. Their positive energy made the atmosphere more lively and enjoyable. The committee members also managed every activity carefully so the event could follow the schedule successfully.
Through this event, students created valuable experiences and positive memories together. Fan Sport 2026 showed how physical activities can strengthen friendship, improve teamwork, and build a positive student environment. In conclusion, this event 2026 was not only a badminton event but also a meaningful gathering for English Literature students. Hopefully, ELSA can continue organizing similar activities in the future so students can stay connected, active, and supportive of one another.
Besides participating in non-academic activities such as Fan Sport, English Literature students have also achieved outstanding accomplishments in competitions. Recently, one of the students successfully won 1st place in a storytelling competition. This achievement reflects the students’ creativity, confidence, and communication skills both inside and outside the classroom.
