Students Continue the Selection Process for Taiwan Internship Program
After the collaboration and socialization session with Socare Group on April 28, IPB Cirebon continued the program by holding an interview session for students who are interested in joining the internship program in Taiwan. The session took place on May 7, 2026, in the Micro Teaching Room at IPB Cirebon.
This session became an important step for students who want to gain international work experience. Through this process, students showed their readiness, skills, and motivation to join the internship program abroad.
Students from Various Majors Joined the Interview
Students from various majors at IPB Cirebon participated in the activity. Since the beginning of the session, the atmosphere felt tense but orderly. Even so, the participants stayed focused and confident during the interview process.
Moreover, the students showed good preparation throughout the activity. One by one, they answered the interviewers’ questions smoothly and clearly. The interviewers asked about several important topics, such as experience, communication skills, work readiness, and motivation to work in Taiwan.
In addition, the interviewers asked students about their adaptability and ability to work in an international environment. This is because the internship program requires discipline, responsibility, and strong communication skills. Therefore, the interview became an important process in selecting qualified participants for the program.
A Valuable Experience for Students
Besides becoming part of the selection process, the interview session also gave valuable experience to the participants. Many students learned how to communicate professionally and answer questions in a formal situation.
Furthermore, the activity helped students improve their confidence and interview skills. Although some participants felt nervous, they still tried their best during the session. As a result, the interview process ran smoothly and professionally.
This session also showed the students’ enthusiasm for joining the Taiwan internship program. Many participants expressed strong interest in gaining international exposure and improving their future career opportunities.

Waiting for the Final Results
At the moment, students are still waiting for the official announcement from Socare Group regarding the results. The selected participants will continue to the next stages of the program before departing to Taiwan.
According to the plan, the students may depart in June or July 2026. Therefore, they are now preparing themselves while hoping for the best results.
In conclusion, this session became another important step in preparing students for international internship opportunities. Hopefully, the selected participants will gain valuable experiences and successfully represent IPB Cirebon in the global working environment.
